I’m not getting anywhere with Adsense, but I haven’t actually tried, I just tossed some loose advertisements up to see what the effect would be… Note to anyone out there thinking that will work… it won’t … in a month and a bit I have generated the whopping amount of $3.56 (three dollars and fifty six cents) from Adsense … I’ll try not to spend that all in one place

But seeing as I’m the type that likes to take responsibility, I can’t possibly say that its Googles fault like some of the lame flaming Interwebians do … (That is a word btw… I just made it up) . … I digress, where was I? … Oh.

I haven’t done my homework, and I haven’t tried to customize the advertisements on the site yet. So I started doing some research and reading, because lets face it … If I can actually generate some noticeable income off of my site I would be reenforcing my goals for the year and we all know that I really want to succeed. I also figured that if I document the process then I will be making the steps that work reproducible and thats going to benefit not only me but you … the reader (providing that your interested in monetizing a site with Adsense). Make sense? … It does to me, so I’ll go with it

I will make sure to post updates to this topic as I see different results, (w00t!!! more content to write) please bare with me while I make modifications to the locations, sizes, and types of ads that I post … I’m sure that some will have a negative impact, and I want to know… .So, as always, feel free to comment, flame, or provide general feedback to this little experiment. It’s ok to fail, as long as I do it forward

As a side note … I also think that I should be sorting out some ‘pages’ of content based on theme and me unique perspective on the universe … So watch for those to show up in the left hand column … (providing the left hand column doesn’t get moved to the right) and If you think you have an interesting idea for me to write about… click on comment below

I keep going, and going, and going … umm, I don’t mean like that (get your minds out of the gutter … although … oh look ! a bird!!! … See, I just realized that a whole month has already passed in 2009… Thats a whole month of blogging, * pats himself on the back for a job well done so far *. I would like to think that what I’m rambling about here is of interest to someone other then just myself, but it’s totally possible that I’m just diluting myself here too The point is, if your reading this and you want to hear me ramble about a specific topic, drop me a note… you can comment here (comments are moderated) or if you prefer, you can use the contact form on the main part of the site.

If you know me, you know that I’m a fairly unique individual and I have a bit of a slanted view on most things. From the meaning of life and my role in it, to the illusion of time and this physically manifest vibrational existence, and including the law of attraction and how thoughts become things, and the firm belief that the glass isn’t half full or half empty, it’s completely full (half liquid, half air, but no matter what you can not get any more volume in the glass itself).

So, seeing as I have been at this a month straight already (as my own personal challenge), I challenge you, the reader to give me some suggestions. Failure to do so will result in more of my ramblings the way I see fit to ramble about things, and I will be sure to include something on the dream-spell (13 moons), more GTD, more Back on Track Experiment, more on Polyphasic sleeping, personal development, traffic, face stabbing devices, commuting, retarded people, government, spring, mountain biking, road tripping, and just about anything else that I can come up with.

Let me be honest, I’m trying to coerce you (the readers) into a suggestion or two because it would be good for me to try writing about something that someone else suggests, and it’s sure to help me become a better writer / blogger. So … Give a guy some suggestions.

Sorry good people, the scheduling problems with my Word Press led me into slack-off mode, I’m back on it though… I was writing in bits and pieces and then I forgot to update anything for a few days. (I know forgiveness for myself, so It’s ok)

I’m not sure why my WordPress works, then doesn’t then does again … if you have experienced this, please fill a brother in I have the message “Missed Schedule” beside the posts that are on schedule (daily) @ 11:11 AM to go live. (if that helps).

I’m currently giving a quick read through of my posts in limbo, and will (should) have them all back up to date shortly… Thanks for your patience

Still in design, im only getting an hr or so a day to put into the new site creation, but I think its coming along well, I’m fairly sure I will use a Canadian hosting company, and hostpapa.ca looks like the best deal, they are also a Green Energy user and I like that.
